Please use this form to place your order for a sign.  You may select a specific sign shown on website, or design your own.  Be sure to fill in ALL required information (marked with *) as accurately & completely as possible.  If you would prefer to contact me before placing an order, then you may email me  or contact me directly.

Your order will not be final until total cost of sign has been calculated (ex. size, extra items & shipping) and payment arrangements have been made.  Payments can be made by check or cash or with credit/debit card thru PayPal.  You do not have to have a PayPal account to make a payment.  If you prefer to pay by credit/debit card, then select "Credit Card thru PayPal Invoicing" payment option below and an email invoice will be sent to you!

Prices shown on website DO NOT include sales tax, shipping charges or cost of extra items, such as crosses and fleur de lis symbols added to name signs.  Total cost will be calculated once actual order is placed & all other costs (size, extra items, sales tax & shipping) have been determined.

Orders may take 2-3 weeks, with extra time for shipping.  Signs are shipped USPS Priority Mail with USPS Tracking. Shipping rates vary from $10-$20, depending upon where order/sign is shipped & weight of package.  International rates are given upon request.
